Know all men by these presents; that we
Joseph H Perley and John W Russell both
of Portland Cumberland County, Maine
copartners under name of Perley & Russell
in consideration of two notes signed by
John E Bunker of Cranberry Isl. and dated
January 1, 1874 in sum of two hundred
sixty two 50/100 dollars each, the one on one years
time and the other on two years time with int-
erest at 7 1/2 perct. annually and ???
to order of Perley & Russell, hereby agree
with said Bunker, his heirs and assigns
that we will convey to him, his heirs, and
assigns by Quit Claim deed all our right,
title, and interest in and to certain real
estate situated in Cranberry Isl., Hancock
County, state of Maine; being the same
property conveyed to us by said Bunker
by Quit Claim deed, on the payment
by said Bunker, his heirs and assigns,
of said two notes according to the
times thereof, they being payable at Portland
and demanding a deed of said premises.

In witness whereof we have hereunto
set our hands this twenty seventh
day of March A.D. 1874
