His house is in front of the large boathouse.  A small boathouse is to the right of the house; it was moved inland to serve as a studio for Jack Heliker and Bob LaHotan.  There is a small shed at the end of the dock.  Note the platform in the foreground, apparently for storage of lobster traps or fishing gear.
