Ramble though the historic (c. 1860) 10-room home of the first settlers on Little Cranberry Island, and home of the turn-of-the-century photographer Frederick Morse whose glass-plate photos are featured in the book Memories of a Maine Island.
Lounge in the sun on your generous front deck while your children play in the large yard or nearby playground. Or
take a walk in your private 10-acre woods.

In the evening, stroll down to your private sand beach and watch the glorious sunset over the water from your hammock. Then fall asleep in the Maine quiet in one of 2 master bedrooms while your children are tucked into one of the 4 single bedrooms.

Available for the weeks of July 28-Aug 4, and Aug 25-Sept 1 for $1,700 per week, and also possible for weeks in June and September at $1,200 per week; security deposit required. Facilities include 2 full baths and modern appliances (unheated). Sorry, no pets or smoking.
